Help Creating Anon eBay Account

Hi,
Ive tried creating 4 accounts, (including eBay, Hotmail and PayPal) but have run into a problem, on all 4 accounts. Everytime i try to list something it makes me give them my real phone number, which i do then they ask for bank account, which i do not want to give. Any way around this or why its happening?

To list items you need to pay, why do you not want to give them your bank details?

USA paypal must need Bank into or account will be blocked in few days.. you need to remember it. or you will lose all your $$ and hard works.
