Help Create IG account with Proxy

Someone can help me. I need to know how to create a IG account with Proxy on my Smartphone or Desktop. Because if i create with my real Ip, and them use with Proxy on FL, my main account can get Banned.

Or someone can Sell me some accounts? I can pass the proxy to create the accounts.
