That problem is mostly due to DNS config, SSL needs proper DNS link on domain to create certificates.
1) Cross check DNS on your domain
2) Wait for Propagation then try to generate SSL

If you don't know all those simply forward me cpanel details via PM after i check change your password for security reasons.
