I ask because an user on facebook tell me if i register in this offer with a virtual credit card it will send me 5$..The credit card will be gived from it. i do the work and it send me money.. but it what is the amount of earning?

Not sure what the offer is exactly because the button redirects to 127.0.0.1

CPABuild for example is a pretty good network to find/create similar and better landing pages though.
