[HELP]CPA+PayPal+Weekly

Hi BHW members,

I just started big with CPA email, zip submits... My method really dont matter at this point.
What i am looking for is some networks who have those 3 thinks -

CPA doesn't matter easy or hard to get approved
paypal as payment option
weekly paymnets

Thanks in advice, i bet this is what many, well atleast i think so, is looking for.
so guys who have CPA accounts or know, have done reserach about CPA networks please help,

Have you tried CEcash ?
They can pay you weekly and you can ask them to use paypal.

cpal3ad (replace 3 with e because of blacklist for who knows why) has all of those conditions. they are even incent so you probably won't get banned for blackhatting.
