i m pretty new to cpa
my question is ..can i use mobile ad network for Regual CPA Offers (like zip offers ) .well the mobile ad networks only for mobile cpa offers ? (ex: yeahmobi.com offers to buzzcity.com) ?

technically yes, but why would you want to to go "from mobile to big screen website (offer). What mobile ad networks have you tested?

If you go for mobile ads you should link to mobile offers and cpa you have plenty of networks, check offervault

Mobile optimized offers work only for mobile phones, they are too small for desktop.
