So my host Suspended my account:

The owner of --------.com alarmed us that you are hosting a website containing their trademark and providing similar services to theirs. Due to that abuse report we were forced to suspend your account with us temporary and we will ask you to reply to this trouble ticket as soon as possible. You will have to remove this website as soon as we activate your account with us.

We would like the domain deactivated and the domain transferred to us.

So I own a domain name similar to them, but mine has the pr at the end. The company is a offering a service , while I been a affiliate of them on cj, I was offering only those on an specific area. Pretty much copy Paste their content translated it to another language, and placed it on my site. I taught of offering them the domain name. But then again I live in the area, which I can expand this services. What do you suggest, Thank you

Start over and don't make the same mistake twice. You can't copy a trademark holder's website and have their trademark in the domain name.

Forget about offering it to them. They probably don't want it and already have you/it off the web. Try to make money by offering it to them and they'll send you a cyber-squatting notice.
