Hello everybody. Please needed your advices what I could do.
I have professional Instagram account with few followers but when I try t follow other accounts after 3-5 ( depends of the day) in a day not even in hours appear message: "you can't follow any account at this moment. We limited how often you can use certain features to prevent misuse. Please try again later "
What can I do to avoid the ban? It's starting only after following few accounts.

Did you mass like, mass comment, mass follow? If you do,it's the reason, you have to wait now, until they unlock

No, this is what I can't understand. It not doing mass follow, nor mass like or mass messaging!
Well if following 4-5 accounts and like few or their posts in around 30- 40 min it's called mass .... ?!?
Any other suggestions please, really desperate, it's just illogical. Maybe something wrong with settings in my account?

Have you ever done mass follow or had multiple accounts tied to that IP address or device?

No. I have only 140 followers...(please don't laugh) and in total for now following 900 accounts ( in 6 months). So I didn't made any mass follow nor have multiple accounts only 1connected with FB. So nothing for to be banned

If you aren't engaging (following, liking, etc) too quickly, are you possibly using a third party program that could possibly be violating Instagram's Terms of Service? If not, have you tried appealing your restriction through Instagram's support channels? You can appeal restrictions. Technical mistakes can happen or they can possibly share information as to why your professional account is being restricted.

Good luck.

No, I don't use any other program only for posting but I'm not sure that it's make some influence. Again I scheduled only 1 post 3 times in a week.
Yes, I also tried to report them but of course haven't received any answer.

IG plays fucking head games. We went through the entire IG bullshit a bunch of times and the result was always the same.

They want you to send them a copy of your government ID. They won't come right out and say it because you're not doing anything wrong. Instead they want you to bug support and go nuts until at some point the suggestion is made to give them a copy of your ID.

My pesonal opinion is that platform can go fuck itself!
Not only does IG help human trafficking but it also is home to the largest pedophile network on the Internet.

Honestly, I don't know what your business is but I suggest you find a workaround for IG.

I could also understand if it were something related with nude any kind of porno or whatever....no! Just furniture. Nothing more in pictures than objects.

I use Firefox. Maybe it have influenced? Because other logical answer I can't find.
If I do it on my laptop or phone it's the same

Any other options rather than VPN?

You received an IP ban. Don't listen to the suggestions of using a VPN to create IG accs, 99% of addresses tied to major VPN providers have already been flagged and blacklisted by most major platforms. Use a clean 4G proxy to create your new acc and you'll be fine, just avoid associating the new with your native IP for the foreseeable future.

Did you buy a used account or register a new one yourself?
No, it wasn't bought. I started it around 10 months ago first as personal for a few months and after I switched to professional

It's a shame to start totally new account with all work that it was done before. All posts, branding, archive some followers (that is also not so easy when one do it in right way....)
Any another option?

Dont worry about any of the suggestions above, lots of accounts cant follow more than 5-6 in one session these days, its not a problem with your account but Instagram is just being mad and giving blocks for nothing.

Just focus more on random actions and whenever you get this dont do anything for 1-2 days.

Try to take a break for a while. After that, try to imitate the user's natural behavior. Avoid monotonous actions, including days when you will not be active.
