[HELP] Changing Nameserver in Webcreatif.ch

Hi fellas, i have client that already domain hosted and registered in Webcreatif.ch (Switzerland), now they want to move the hosting in USA server but i got the problem where do i can change the NS? This webcreatif.ch is make me angry since i can't understand the language, never online skype support. Please share if same experience.

I have contact via email to support@ and registry@ found from domain whois, they replied but told that i must contact sales assistant to change Nameserver, weird!
