I have a stealth paypal account with a decent amount of money in it, it is verified with a VBA but I still can't send money. I get the "Were sorry, but we can't send your payment right now" whenever I try. I also can't use it to buy stuff online. Could someone help me out with some advice to lift this restriction or help me find someone reliable who cashes out paypals for a fee? Thanks!
