HELP ! CapCut Features Missing on New Device Despite Same Version ?

Guys I’m facing a very confusing situation

I often use CapCut to edit videos, and I rely heavily on certain features such as Enhance Quality AI HD and Ultra HD export. I’m planning to switch to a new laptop to better support my work. However, something strange is happening: while my old laptop has these features, when I install CapCut on the new laptop, they are missing—even though both devices are running the same version (7.7.0).


This issue prevents me from switching to the new laptop and is causing delays in my work.
