HELP ! Can't figure this one out .. Need That BHW Assistance.

Hey Guys,

I know there's probably a really simple answer but I just cant figure this out.

I have a bunch of youtube videos embedded on different blogs, thing is awhile back I set them to private and want to make them public again. I have over 500 Gmail accounts and I've checked a few accounts where I thought I uploaded them with no success and can't locate the sheet that shows which videos on which account. So what I'm asking is , Is there anyway to find out which account those Videos are associated with? I mean I can still retrieve the Url but it just shows Video private but doesn't show associated account. Tried checking source code of where they are embedded but nothing. Please. someone tell this simpleton what I am missing and how obvious it is and how silly I should feel lol..

Yes I still have the original files but didn't want to have to Re-upload them plus they are nice and age

I don't think there's a way to do that, but for your sake, I hope I'm wrong and someone has some magical way of doing it

LOL..Thanks, but I bet a lot of people have this issue.. I guess it's some security feature why this option is not available. I can see not being able to access the video but I don't see the harm in showing the associated account. I think they use to show associated accounts on videos marked private awhile back. Almost certain they did. Like I said I still have the files just didn't wont to have to re-upload them.. BUT IF SOMEONE COULD FULFILL THIS NEED, Because like I said I bet a lot of people have this issue..$$$$

Sorry. No Way. You just WANT there to be a way! Thats different lol GDPR rules would consider it private data if you could see what the associated email was, that's why it has only business email in the selection. This is maybe a way you could have saved your butty mcbuttface if you had set the business emails as public, but if you haven't done that then no. Unless you can call up google and ask them on their helpline, "Which of these 500 accounts is acquainted with the correct youtube?" lol not sure the google ban hammer would be as quick as the BHW one, but it probably wouldn't work. Perhaps you could enlighten us more about how much we should embed youtube videos more, and any other tips would be helpful. It sounds like you are pretty clued up in this embedded field Cheers

Man what the heck are you talking about you are really confused..I'm just talking about the account username.. TAKE IT DOWN 1,000 You OVERTHOUGHT THAT WAAYYYYYYY TO MUCH...NOT THAT SERIOUS LMFAOOOOOO...Cheers and away you go lol

Ah, so you still have access to everything? Then whats wrong with just manually checking all 500 accounts to see which emails log into what? Take time but screw it. I thought you meant you had no access to any of the youtube accounts anymore, and you were trying to get the associated email. Something that isn't uncommon around these parts really

yes I have all sign in info but the Info(youtube channels/username) with associated videos was a separate sheet which was bad on my part, kept saying I was gonna take the time to update and compile it altogether and make copies blah blah blah..But got distracted ..you know how real life happens!
Nah not going through all those accounts I'll just re upload until I mistakenly run across the account in the future..

OH, But you should have said I was covertly promoting some amazing new software that does all that for you ..mmmmm..

Yeah, I know the feeling, sometimes its hard to stay on top of the million and one tabs and spreadsheets that we have to keep open everyday! lol never mind what we have to do in them too! hahah

May be hire a freelancer, create you a tool to log in and check number of videos of those channels, or take screenshort channel studio for u may be?

Yes Exactly !
Actually now that you mention it and I reflect, I think there was a YOUTUBE AIO analytics tool or something of that nature That performed a similar task..You would Insert username/channel and PW and it would show videos on that account but I don't think it showed the private ones..Yes gonna check that out, if not available gonna take your suggestion and have one created.

OR even better, if instead of having to insert all the account info manually, unless you could insert by spreedsheet, I could insert the Link of the private video and the tool could somehow scan the youtube platform for the associated channel .. but that would be a large blind seeking mission lol
I think the initial idea is more realistic
