I encountered the same. But in my case I used hashtag in uploading photo. Did you used hashtag? If yes see my message below.
1. You put a hashtag that's no longer allowed. (ie: #instagram is not allowed) This can be on any picture you posted, even from months ago.
SOLUTION: go through all pics, click on each hashtag & it should show some results. If it says "no photos to show," delete it! That's the broken hashtag.
2. You've been reported/flagged for spam. You can't post hashtags & a pop up says "too many hashtags."
SOLUTION: don't post any hashtags for 48 hours (I think the limit is 24 but wait 2 days to be sure). If you post, the time frame starts over. You should be able to post when your account is cleared.
3. You reached your hashtag posting limit. SOLUTION: Wait 24-48 hours & all should be clear.
Instagram didn't change rules. If you post 30 tags, delete them & post more, it will work. Try from a friends account & you'll see that it's only yours.
And filing the report to "tell them" is broken.
