[Help] Cannot switch Instagram business profile to personal one?

Hi, recently i have ben trying to switch my instagranm business account to personal one because my facebook ads account has been disabled and now i want to link my instagram to another account but whenever i tried to do it, it says, please stop promoted posts before promting again. I once tried to promote one of my posts and it wasn't successful . I checked my fb ads account, the post campaign is still there but it read only and inactive so can't edit or delete it. I just want to unlink the account from instagram. Can someone please help?
