[Help] Cannot create account on instagram

Check your proxy before creating.
A simple way to detect whether your IP / proxy is good, is to google the external IP address.
Often the first result will show something like "IP info/report", and if on that report the IP is flagged as suspicious in the past (IE, someone else has used it to spam anything), then Instagram won't let you create on that account.
Other things to look out for:
- mobile proxies, travel if you need to create more accounts and cell tower is blocked
- change user agent to latest chrome version.
- visit other websites before visiting instagram

I tried creating accounts using Vivaldi web panel, Firefox and opera on my broadband. Nothing seem to work. Will take your advice into account. and try creatingCheck your proxy before creating.

No worries. Perhaps try using your personal SIM card. You can connect via USB tethering to the computer & use that connection. Then turn airplane mode on and off.
