HELP Cannot connect to BHS VPS HELP

I just bought a PAckage from BHS and cannot connect using DESKTOP REMOTE Connection !!!!
I try but its not working. Probably there server are down! Is this a Port problem how to configure it to make it work
Anyone experience this before with BHS
