Help Cancel or Transfer/Take my Domain free

So in August 2012 I registered a domain through Google Apps with eNom. After 1 year of having that domain the WHOIS Privacy that was meant to come with it expired, releasing my info online for 4 months without me knowing. As soon as I found out I changed it to fake info, got pissed off with eNom and decided to cancel the domain since I wasn't really using it anyway. And for some stupid reason if you bought a domain through a eNom reseller you're not allowed to cancel the domain, only wait until the domain expires. I would've thought they'd love to park the domain but no.

I'm wondering if there's a cheap way to transfer the domain to another service so I can cancel it, or if I could give the domain to one of you guys for free, the domain is PR3/2 I believe.

why you would be paying money to transfer out the domain and then cancelling it? if nobody here wants it, simply leave it with the fake info until it expires..
