[Help] buying a cheap domain

Hello everybody I would like to buy a cheap domain who can help me with that.
I mean I have domain in diferent site as namecheap, network solutions, etc, all this domain was using the U$0.98 promotion or even U$0.50 in register.com
but now I bellieve I can not get other domain name at this price in this site, Ive been trying godaddy coupons but they not accept paypal.

use your new email address to register again on namecheap and use their $0.98 coupon.

It would depend on the details of the coupon. A lot of cheap coupons are for new accounts only.

You need to create a new account on namecheap using your new email address

Don't forget to use a proxy and different data for WHOIS while your creating new account on Namecheap.

Fu*k. It didn't worked out. I was rejoiced yet and was thinking that it working again, but the same shit happened - "Payment Rejected, because u already have used the similar coupon with this PP"

my email was just added of course. and also i've even changed the shipping address while making a payment

one thing I haven't did - I haven't made that email primary so "contact email" was the primary email while making the payment. now I am waiting for refund and then maybe I will try changing and later rechanging primary email..

EDIT:

I've just got the refund and have tried to make a payment after setting a different primary email. Denied again.

p.s. I've used different IP and cookies was deleted, BTW
