Help Building a Facebook Page

Hi there,

I am building a website and will be launching within the month. I have just started my social media presence on Twitter and Facebook. I used a $50 facebook ad credit and received 15 likes (ripoff and I don't think my campaign was very good. Lots of clicks .06 ctr) but not many likes.

So what I have been doing for the past 5 days is post 2-3 per day funny, or interesting pictures related to my niche. I also sometimes talk about where we are at in relation to our launch. Aside from receiving a couple of likes on the photos here or there i'm receiving nothing else. The page has been up going on it's second week and we have 16 likes (15 of those are from the ad campaign and the other one is my personal facebook page).

My question is what do you recommend I do to help build this faster/better? Should I pay for a service to get a few hundred or more fake likes? I don't really have the budget to pay for Facebook ads. Should I be doing something else as opposed to funny pictures that relate to my niche? Any advice would be great.

I would suggest having around 500-1000 fake likes for psychological effect of new comers that your page is quite good one (sorry but 16 fans doesnt look trustful ). And then also try to spam a little bit with links to your fanpage on other fanpages that shares the similar content as Yours.

So by the time You have 500fake+200real - then you start getting real fans via your good posting
