Hello, I can't login into my btc wallet,
I actually login in a moment ago and immediately I received a payment I can't login again meanwhile I fully remember my PIN CODE
I don't have the 12 rephrase word.
My $2500 is at stake, what can be done help

I guess its issue on their side.

they not gonna lock you cuz you got money or something. Or you doing something shady and not telling us

Just use your private key and move your funds to another wallet
