[HELP] Bing account disabled/banned..

Apart from the obvious reasons to get an account ban (same IP, cookies, browser bla bla), bans are happen due to:
1. Using different IP's when creating the account and logging in - if u use a US IP/Proxy to create the account, make sure the IP does not change - even if it is still a US IP, it wont help. U need the same IP or from a near location. For ex, if u use a NewYork IP to create the account, you cannot use, like 10 minutes later, a Los Angeles IP to login. If so, this is the reason they will provide you when chatting / emailing them:

From our review, we believe your account may have been accessed by a third party to create online advertising without your permission. It is likely the third party obtained your personal account information elsewhere, and used it to access your Bing Ads account.

2. Applying a CC that its GEO location different than the account creation & logging in. For ex, logging in from US, but the CC location is Germany.

This happens a lot with Indian Bing accounts. This happened with me as well!

It's nothing related to policies. I signed up and put billing information (correct one, using own card which I use for all purchases). Got busy with something else, cookie expired and that's it... could not log back in. No campaigns were created, nothing else was done. Happened number of times with various clients (who were trying it own their own computers).
