Help BHW Lost access to Instant Articles - (Desperate)

Got this response from facebook not sure what the exact thing to do

Please any help would be much appreciated as iv put all my eggs in one basket here.

you are going to have to work out what policy you have violated then resubmit the appeal,
If you 100% just using FB this is a big risk of building your castle on someone else's land as they can kick you off. Make sure you have plenty of places to go, spread your reach in future-
without knowing more about your page/niche hard to give any other advice other than study the policy see where you broke it FB are becoming very strict!
