Help. Background image will not show.

I was customizing a site through blogger. At first it kept saying,

[TD="align: left"] Background image

[TD="align: left"][/TD]
[TD="align: left"][/TD]

Not applicable for this template.
[/TD]

Then I went to the html and edited it myself. It worked fine. Then I previewed and saved it. But when I visit it, it does not show. Any help please?

How did you define it in your HTML? Did you use CSS? It is possible that the blogger CSS has redefined the background-image as nothing. Did you place your definition before or after the blogger CSS code?
