[HELP] Automatically Listing Products From Various Different Affiliates On My Site

Right i am just gettin my head around this whole SEO thing, and begining to understand it i have a question involving being an affiliate for many different sites.

I would like to know if it is possible to use some kind of scripts on my website to process and manage all the various products from the various different sites, theres going to be thousands of products i want to list on my website but i dont want to have to list them all myself and then edit what ive listed when my affiliates websites get updated every week or so..

can anyone help me out with this issue, would be must appreciated!
