HELP assigning DOMAIN

Need help.

This configuration menu is a lot different from the usual explicit "put name server here".

If you could tell me by explaining what to put where I would be very appreciative.

I do not know where each one goes

EX:
1=>C
4=>A
3=>B

Firstly, Can you say which registrar you are using and try seeing their faq or calling their support ? You atleast need to say what it asks correctly. Thanks.
