Op you aren't in trouble i had a problem like that about 4years ago with pp you can not pay pp anything since you didn't use your real SSN you will be ok If u decided to make another PP account keep in mind the detail such as address and personal would need to be fake. PP will link other accounts using social and identical info i tried to make another account with bank card and it link both accounts.
