Ok sold an item on amazon (replica) the buyer has the same name as the major seller of this item on ebay. What should i do? Ship the item? If this is the same person, do you think they will try to determine whether its fake or not? Or sell it on ebay as my item is cheaper than they sell it for and maybe profitable?

No, it was only the 1 item so i just listed it as real to get rid of it. Im just scared that this person is trying to test to see if it is real as it is much cheaper than his item.

there is a possibility that the guy is having a check on you and will take some action .if u are in US this might be the caes , lets see what others have to say abt this .

if u dont want to indulge and want to back off , tell the person that u broke the stuff or already sold it to someone else and apologse for not delivering the stuff

this can result in -ve rating but its better to not get into any trouble rather.

I would assume that the ebay seller is dropshipping form amazon to ebay, so you might be sending the product right to their customer. if the customer complains, you'll both be in some trouble (bad feedback, redunds). it's a risk, but you must have known that selling an original as a replica would be a risk.

Thanks guys. Went with my gut instinct and emailed the guy and stated that i have ran out of stock. Something just feels wrong about this one.

Good move, first thing that came to mind was that the buyer could be a competitor trying to take you out of the game via reporting you or slamming your ratings.
