Ok, So Im not trying to get flamed here, I just want someone to appraise my website if they could.
a siteflipper would be good.
anyone that has experience in this anyway.

I have gotten a few appraisals.

$3078.29
and
$2789.00

not too bad, but i honestly think thats off by a few thousand.
so, if you would like to appraise it, please just comment and ill pm your the url. thanks.

average visitors a day is 112
average sign ups a day is between 3-10
adsense is on site

Here is the thing. Your site is only worth as much as you can find someone to pay for it.

A good rule of thumb, is unless it is going to be a rock solid long term investment, your site is worth about 12-15 months of ad revenue.

This is also probably not in the right forum, check out "Site Flipping" for more ontopic help.

meathead is definitely bhw's site flipping pro, in my opinion anyway. based on those traffic stats I think the prices are bit inflated but it'd be great if you could sell on that level .

Would need a few more details, but probably a couple of hundred dollars going by the information you've given.

If it's the URL you showed me a while ago then perhaps up to $500.

That's on the main webmaster marketplaces anyway, you might get lucky, but to be honest, without traffic/earnings you're going to struggle.

You might get more if you sell it on a B2B site or offline - but that's not really my speciality.
