HELP App suspended

"Hi Developers at XXXX,

After review, XXXX, com.XX.XXX, has been suspended and removed from Google Play as a policy strike because it violates the spam policy by posting repetitive content.

Next Steps

1. Read through the Spam policy for more details and examples of policy violations.
2. Make sure your app is compliant with all other policies listed in the Developer Program Policies. Remember that additional enforcement could occur if there are further policy issues with your apps.
3. Sign in to your Play Console and submit the policy compliant app using a new package name and a new app name.

Additional suspensions of any nature may result in the termination of your developer account, and investigation and possible termination of related Google accounts. If your account is terminated, payments will cease and Google may recover the proceeds of any past sales and/or the cost of any associated fees (such as chargebacks and transaction fees) from you.

Anyone here can help me solve this or clarify me what da hell they mean by "spam policy by posting repetitive content."

my app is rewards app (same concept as few other apps there, but is reskined fully )

ya but i purchased the code from the original developer and its fully changed ( just concept is the same )
i see ppl using this same code and they haven't changed it at all, they just changed icon and name ) yet they are still there and passing all reviews

Also All unique written by me. And not changed from the start (app had 3 updates 3rd update was live for a week before app got suspended)

One thing that comes to my mind is that i had push notifications enabled and i was sending like 1-2 notifications daily. Could it be that they have considered that as "posting repetitive content" not sure if push notifications are considered unsolicited messages ?

did you use any copyrighted materials?

Or maybe it was a mistake you should contact support.

Already did no response yet

Nah all images were photoshop composites made by me out of royalty free images (according to some results i googled when copyrighted materials are the problem msg is different )

My app was suspended 2 days ago for the same reason, even though I've changed whole UI, builded on another pc and etc...
