I've searched google for Blogspot Meme theme but nothing is closed to this. I would like to know what theme does this guy used on his blog. I wanted to create a blog just like this!

its just a normal theme with css edited IMO

May be a damlol clone, the footer,header and navigation right and left are similar,

but this has been edited a lot. becoz there is no sidebar.

Seems like a self-promotion to me because OP uses Google link shortener to track the clicks.
