Hey there guys, I've become way beyond frustrated with these guys support. Submitted a critical ticket 9 days ago, no one ever responded. Whenever you talk to them on chat, they just keep telling you wait for a response, wait for a response, wait for a response. They would never connect you to a superior. I'm really tired and extremely stressed as the issue involves a project that has cost me just a little under $1000. They do not offer phone support and I have not found contact details for any senior staff member. If anyone knows anything to help resolve issues with them, your help would be greatly appreciated.
