Help! Any plugin or Method I can use?

Recently I set up a new site with autoblog,I grab content from serveral feeds and yahoo pipe.Now the trouble come to me ,sometimes the content my site grab is show with many html code mixed in it ,it result that my homepage lost its default layout,now the rightsidebar drop to the bottom of homepage,so I need some advice for auto remove the html code mixed in grabbed content!
any idea?
