[Help] Any idea how to make a backlink stick on technologizer.com

I added a comment with anchor text on a page at technologizer.com without any problems. I then chose a different page and tried to add a second comment but it didn't even appear. Could it be that I was using the same ip address and there system new this and that is why the second comment didn't stick. I found a really good page with only 2 comments.
