thanks for your response , I did download instagram from the windows store but there is no option to upload pictures from that app :/ , and bluestack is so slow and I cant find pictures from my pc !

I've used, didn't had any problems, I've got BitDefender so I haven't had any notifications from BitDefender, my Instagram is still running.

Open IG from your PC. Once you're logged in, right-click on the upper area where the search, explore, and profile buttons are located. Click inspect. Once the log is opened, at its upper left corner you'll see two buttons - the one on the left is for selecting an element to inspect and the one on its right is the one you need - 'Toggle device toolbar (Ctrl+Shift+M)'. Click on the toggle device toolbar button and then refresh the page. It will load IG as if it was opened from a smartphone. After that, you can close the log and proceed to upload pics
