Help an IG newbie!!!!

This is a great forum, tremendously helpful.. I have just made an IG account looking for and learning best strategies to grow it.. Already sifted through all 10 pages which I as result by searching Instagram on this forum.. and here is what I gathered..
1. Focus on quality rather than quantity of posts pertaining to ur decided niche
2. Post atleast 2/3 times a day
3. Use follow/unfollow, like/comment on other's post in order to get noticed
4. Confused about using bots (I guess they are usefull for short term not for a long term?)
5.Jarvee is best bot though it might be harmful as it keeps sending data to IG when in use hence IG might ban me
6.Quick n most profitable way to earn on IG is grow n sell accounts
7.Pets, Babes, Health n fitness are best niches but have tight competition.
This is all I gathered if someone could give me some more pointers or further suggestions regarding above pointers would be a great help.
A couple of questions how different are services like AddmeFast amd Like4Like from bots.. are they expedient? and what is a subniche?

Let me correct some of your Points :

1.Yes,This is Perfect.Quality is always better than Quantity,Focus on Trending and Viral Content in your Niche and it will help you Gain Followers easily.
2.Posting 1x a Day is also Sufficient,2-3 also works though.
3.Yes - Manual Interaction always works,It gives you an option of reaching upto 400-500 New People a Day with Different Actions like Follows,Likes and Comments.
4.I would suggest that go Manual and Avoid Bots,This is not the thing you would choose to do in 2021.
5.Just Avoid Bots.If you are very keen to try,You can go ahead but atlast you will be preferring to avoid it.
6.There are multiple ways to earn on Instagram like Buy & Sell,Selling Shoutouts,Selling Custom Products,Affiliate Marketing and anything extra depending on your Niche.
7.Best Niches depends on what your Goal is,This is what depends on person to person

Addmefast and Similar Services are Like Exchange Services which is a Complete Fake Engagement.I would say that Avoid it as much as possible but if Reputation and Authority is what matters to you,Go for it.
