HELP!! AMR 2.0 Question

AMR service is so rubbish, just like AMR software! Every time when I ask AMR Customer Service about the problem of software, they always give me a reply after three or four days!

We respectively use the 2.0.0.3 version and 1.1.0.7 version of the AMR in different computers(operating system of these computers all is XP system,and installed the corresponding software according to the requirements of the AMR, such as NET Framework 3.0, NET Framework 3.5, NET Framework 4.0 and so on, memory is 2G, dual-core CPU), found there are a few BUG below:

BUG One:
When we import a group of websites grab from Google into the AMR and verifying, after verifying some websites successfully, we click the "- Dups" of "Manage Imported", will prompt "* URLs Removed - * URLs Kept", but the remaining number of websites does not consistent with the number of software shows.

Just like this screenshot below, the website we import and verify successfully shows 4320


but the software shows 6188



BUG Two:
When we import a group of websites grab from Google into the AMR and after verifying, AMR generate ID for these validation successful website and will repeat with some websites ID which original existing, just like the picture below:


When we build a group, select and add some websites to the group, those websites which has the same ID with the selected ones(but we not select them) will also add to the group. When we cancel one website, and websites which has the same ID with this website will also be deleted automatically, and this cause us loss many websites!

BUG Three:
When we verify a group of websites, AMR will suddenly collapse, and popup this tooltip below : sometimes when AMR in carrying out release or registered task also will appear collapse and pop-up the tooltip)


?Ariticle Marketing Robot has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.? ?If you were in the middle of somthing, the information you were working on might be lost.?
Whether we click "Debug (B)" or "Close (C)", AMR will not have any reaction, when we open AMR once again, those website?s ID we originally verified will become zero, just like the picture below shows:


BUG Four:
We new create a "Sqlite Database", and download the AMR own 596 websites, then we verify 10000collected websites, AMR prompt successfully added 2900 websites, but after we clicking ?- Dups?, it prompts ?0 URLs Removed - 596 URLs Kept?！ The 2900 sites which verify successfully all disappeared! How could it be possible? you know website we verify successful is 2900!

Must not buy AMR, AMR software every use error, I to AMR Customer continuously issued the letter of the two weeks, results they once did not reply!

Who can tell me how can we expect them to refund?How complaints AMR?

In every thread I wrote the truth about AMR I was pretty much shouted down by Vince accusing me of having a personal vendetta against him --- anyway your finding out things that many of us found out with AMR - it works for a short while - then it becomes full of bugs and pretty much useless.

There are alot of products that have left AMR in the dust - so my advice is just move on from it - and get something else --- your just pushing crap uphill trying to use it when other software works like a dream ... I wish you luck and hope your next software leaves you with a better taste in your mouth.

Guys I know what you mean. AMR use to be a good software but now its completely useless. The worst part is whenever you email Vince (the owner) with your problem he just gives 2 lines of crap answer. I think he's collected tons of money from the original product and now can't be bothered with the software anymore. Danny1111 is correct...if you already have AMR just dump the crap and move on and if you don't already own it, don't touch it with a long pole.

I would suggest you replace it with Article Kevo.

I just give it a try, the sales page looks interesting. Anyone else with good suggestions?

article kevo has 2600 sites in the database but only about 40 article sites -- of course you can scrape and add just like most software - but I'd be using Article Demon or Ultimate Demon.

it depends on your budget to be honest.

40 article sites out of 2600??? What about the rest.
