help...Amost fe*d by Adsense

i created a couple of minisites with a little mature/adult content.I hosted all of them on the same free hosting but with different hosting accounts.A few months ago my hard disk was fried(power crap) and i lost all the data (including account information about those sites)
i used temp emails.

Now adsense has sent me warning that they have disabled adsense on my site and they will ban me if they will find another such site.

I s there a way i can ban that domain of free hosting to display adsense?

example if my sitees are like

1.freehost.com
2..................
3.................

can i somehow ban .freehost.com to display adsense with my id ?

i need very urgent help
