[HELP] Amazon Associate - Regarding TOS

Recently amazon has changed its TOS

Few day back i have started an E-Commerce website having only amazon products and added the below lines on my disclaimer page not on my all pages

"You must, however, clearly state the following on your site: "[Insert your name] is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to [insert the applicable site name (amazon.com, endless.com, amazonsupply.com, or myhabit.com)].""

But i m confused that is it necessary to add the above lines to every page or have i done right by adding it to the disclaimer page only..

2nd version is fine. I usually make disclaimer, privacy policy and a page called amazon associates disclosure. Also used to add an amazon logo for the frontpage, footer usually or some sidebar if there is enough room for that.

Just so you are aware, your site is against the Amazon TOS currently anyways (if that is your site you linked to.) You have a Google Shopping Cart logo that says "Add to Cart" which would imply to users, that they are adding it to a Google shopping cart, but it links to Amazon. That is against the TOS. It needs to be clear for all the links you make, that the link leads to Amazon. So if you can replace that Graphic with an Amazon graphic or remove it, I think you would be better in case of a manual review.

But as far as i know there is no such condition for amazon associates to display associate logo... please clarify me on this...

thnx for your review and i will make sure to remove that google add to card image and put something of amazon...
