[HELP] Adwords coupons problems

I just can't get my coupons to " not ban" my adwords accounts.

Till recently here is what I did ( with 100% success ) to use my coupons:

1.Make a new email
2.Make a new adwords account
3.Use fakenamegenerator.com to generate an address - for billing option set it to manual
4.Enter the coupon
5.Make the campaign

Now after all that in a couple of hours I am getting this message - Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified"

Any help/suggestions ?

PS: trying with new websites every time

Try using Avs VCCs

You should add billing source to run your campaign. Without proper billing address your add won't run and you endup getting banned. Also don't use US,UK,Australia and canadian address. They can easily figure out its fake.

By this you mean vcc or .... ?
Tried with all kind of addresses ( from Europe ) and still the same problem.

Yes, form all kind of yellow pages.

You should add billing source to run your campaign.

So you can't use a U.S address? Can someone confirm this?

You can use a US address but it has to be real. Google has a way to verify
if an address is real or not.

So the address is the only problem ?
Or there is something else ?

And if I got banned ( for a website ) - I shouldn't try that website again or after some time it's ok to try it one more time ?
