Am just getting into blogging I have my domain and hosting setup, I have $300 to spend where should I begin what software should I buy?
 
Advertise on BHW
Wordpress for the start and it's free. Find the desired theme and SEO plugins.
Spend some for articles.
 
do you want to blog by yourself? than I would buy BH tools like AMR SB SEnukeX MS etc.
and you can check out WProbot
 
Wordpress is installed and installed some plugins that were recommended such as all in one seo, Google xml, login lockdown, rss feed and a few others. Where can I find the best prices for article writing, amr and wprobot, thanks for the help guys
