Help!! Advertise to a specific fan page users!

Hi Guys, Please i want to know how to advertise to user's of a specific fan page that's not mine!

for example a fan page with 30,000 fans i want to target those fans only with my news feed ad! (keep in mind that the fan page is not mine!) please help me with that!

When you are selecting your demographic, select "Advanced Connection Targeting" and enter the page that you want to target.

EDIT: nvm. That's not what you're talking about. My bad.

Type the name of the fanpage in the Interests tab. If it does not show there then you can't target it
