the more information you give us the more likely that we can give you some good advice.
I am thinking advertising on some other adult forums, maybe uploading videos to some adult video sites, perhaps even get yourself a tube site with LOTS of content and then direct all of the traffic generated by that site to the webcam page that you are promoting...... that would be a good start.
