[HELP] AdSense keep rejecting me

I am trying to get accepted to AdSense without any success
The error I get from AdSense is "No Content" (I have content, quiz websites with 40+ quizzes)
I have images I downloaded from google in my websites.
I downloaded them and upload them to my server storage (not loading images directly from google).

May that be a problem?
If it is a problem, what should I do? I need that images on my website

Maybe anyone know a payed service that get your website accepted to AdSense?

HI brother , in google point of view quizz websites is not website that have unique content , so what you have to do is unpublish the quizz content first and then stop the quizz plugin , install new theme if you have wordpress free themes will do the work or for high rate chance acceptance buy paid themes cheap ones and then start creating unique posts like 20 post that have 1000 words or more or buy unique articles, you can check the content plagiarism with smallseotools or similar websites just google "plagiarism checker " , if possible share your content in social media to generate some traffic (Facebook , Pinterest .....etc) and then send your website to google adsense. i got 2 adsense accepted with this method.
