AddMeFast is very intelligent.
When I tried to make an AddMeFast iMacro script in Facebook Pages, I observed that the FRAME changes everytime you refresh the browser.
It's not stable. So I think it's impossible to bot there

addmefast stumbleupon macro:
1) log in to your addmefast & stumbleupon accounts
2) go to http://addmefast.com/free_points/stumbleupon_followers.html
3) run macro on loop
addmefast digg macro:
1) log in to your addmefast & digg accounts
2) go to http://addmefast.com/free_points/digg_followers.html
3) run macro on loop
These two took about 5 min to make. Try to understand what each line does and use these two macros as a template to make your own.

LOL, people asking for facebook script, I bet you also can't make it because the dynamic frame
Also, I believe people need the one using FF plugin, not the imacros full version
