In order to complete the sign up process, you will need to receive an initial transfer of at least US $5.00 from another ePassporte Account Holder. Simply provide the sender with your ePassporte User ID to complete the transaction. ePassporte will deduct an activation fee of US $5.00 from your account balance once you receive funds.

pm me if you still need this, can't pm you cause got too little posts. also as much as i remember from opening my epass, you need to receive this 5$ from business account, and not a personal one, but we can try, i have too much epass anyways :)
