Help activate a Google Adsense account

Hi Guys,

I need help activate a partially approved Google Adsense account (or help me open a new one).

Here's my situation. I'm a newbie. Couple months ago, when I filled out my Adsense application, I submitted a website that does not belong to me (I thought I could always change it later, so I just put in a placeholder). Now the initial stage of application has been completed, and I am asked to insert an AD CODE to my website. So I have problem doing it.

dude you dont have 15 posts there!
first be sure you dont get any fake traffic into your website if you get
then i got bad news for you you get ban from google adsense anywayz.
