HELP Action Block Problem

Hi,
I got action block problem 6 days ago.
It said that it will expire the next day. I waited.
Tomorrow I tried to post again it said it will expire tomorror..and day by day the same thing...pissed me off!! I was at my peak of impressions and this happend..now I let it 2 days rest and the same happed again..changed my password once..logged in and out..nothing helps..

Hah, same thing here. Just started to happen with some of my accounts. 4 accounts under one phone and they hit them all at once, after first got action blocked the other accounts instantly followed and now they are giving me the action block each time I log in for no apparent reason.

The thing is that if you used sms provider services for creating your accounts then those numbers are resold and other accounts created with those numbers so this can be one of the reasons it happens.

This acc is on my number. I only use this one and my main..I have them 5 but use only these 2

What I know:

• Many people are having the same problem in the last week for what I read in different sites, including BHW
• Is always or most of the time the same message
• Isn't related to bots normal accounts are getting hit hard
• Is even less related to high number of actions or spam.
• IG can't tell apart bots and normal users, so they're just flagging everyone
• Only safe settings are 0 actions, or 1 max if you want to risk a ban/block

Temporarily disabled my account in protest after reporting many times. I really hope they lose users and start a slow decline to bankruptcy. For me there's no point in IG if people can't reach new people unless they pay or they're already famous or hot women with a guaranteed supply of beta men. I prefer to be an early adopter of the next social network, specially since IG is no longer social because isn't about people(follow,like,comment) but about paid promotion of contents, contents that anyone can find doing a google search if they want to see cool pics. Boring and sucks

Maybe can help to disable your account so people can't unfollow you while you can't compensate the loses with new follows, but in general we can't do anything for our accounts only wait. And from Instagram/Zuckerberg I would expect the worst, he's greedy and unethical(stole the facebook idea from roommates), we're freeloaders and he wants us to pay 10$ to gain 1 follower. Since I think IG will soon start to die by its own success, maybe it's time to start to search the next IG(it's not tiktok because is only videos) or even create one. There aren't many options to be fair.

I don't think Instagram/Facebook can die...
I am gaining 100+ daily but didn't posted for 5 days.. I have 4k followers.. It is going pretty well, but my momentum will be destroyed if I don't do something :/

All cool pics look the same, all influencers and celebrities looks the same, many people are in IG to reach normal people not for pop "culture" and they're not being allowed to reach anyone due to blocks and weird feed algorithms. IG/FB won't disappear fast, first their growth will peak once they peak (and everything peaks) it can only go downwards until stucks, then becomes boring and repetitive, revenue friendly and user unfriendly, then for old people, until eventually someone will come with a better option for users that will growth exponentially out of nothing like IG was doing until last year. This is already happening and Zuckerberg wants to merge everything and who knows what other ideas he has but he's going to fuck it all at some point. When I made an IG account I wanted to love IG even uploaded many cool pics, but just can't. Hell maybe you're right and Zuck's monopoly is a success like Google and Microsoft but it takes a lot less skills to outperform IG in every sense than Google or Microsoft

I have only 650, with my numbers I still lose more than I gain unless I'm active, they fucked up my personal account. Good luck with yours. Any tips for a beginner from someone with 4k followers?

I had a pal log out then log in back to his account. That solves the problem.

Manually search for low competitive hashtags. I sometimes searched for 1 h for one post...but in 10-20 posts you will have them prepared for your niche. Get the viral stuff from explore, competitors, reddit etc.
Use f/u but be careful of daily limit.
This works. Be sure to do this correct. Don't be fooled by yt advices, mostly they are bad.
You can use engagement groups, I recommend them only in beginning.
Comment on posts, put the notifications on few big competitors, when they post you comment asap and so others see your comment and eventually check your profile.
The best way to study Instagram is to scan others on it ( the big accs), but be sure that they are good. Lots of fake followers out there...
The best advice I would give to someone is: be consistent! That works and always will. Make a plan of posting and be sure to follow it!
Hope I helped. I know you read this a lot, but be sure to do this for 1-2 months before you tell that this doesn't work. Instagram is easy, the problem is that people search for some formulas...

Do you know, when you're not posting anything for about 2-4 weeks, and when you post after that, Instagram will give notification to all your follower? I think its a your chance for your momentum back

Yes you did. But I realized this is work, it's not like it wasn't for me before because I made a bot from scratch but that was fun, I'm not serious I just wanted an inflated personal account to catch the attention girls and friends. When I have more free time I'll try every one of your advices thanks man.
