Help about strange SERP issue

I have two adult sites. One of them is new, one is old. Old one used to be at 1st place on G. I do SEO for it, backlinking, and plus my domain name is my main keyword.

Now, my new site is 1st for that keyword, without any SEO, without any backlinks, without keyword reach domain...

I`m confused. First i thought that google penalized me for some reason, but my old site is at 3rd place now....

Any ideas?

New sites sometimes get ranked high to start with (honeymoon period) and will the eventually settle in a lower spot. Your older site might just be dancing. So i would give it a couple of weeks to see where both eventually end up. BTW, if you have a no.1 site then best to do small link building (or even nothing) to maintain the position and not jink the site.

Are you logged into google?

thanks for answers. No I`m not logged into google, I shut down personalized search, and I saw google dance before but i was confused with this new site coming at top.

I check it today and my old site back to the top, but new one is now at 2nd place, I will consider that like honeymoon period....

Probably, effect of Freshness Algorithm....

If you website host frequently updating content or videos or any other form of media, this will give you benefit and even your new website can rank high.

Check with some serp checkers like scroogle .. Google is messing with results not only when you're logged ..
