Help about spam from many ip

hi
i have many and many visits from different ip that give a visit like 2-3 times every hour and every time click in all ADS at same time..
IP like
173.252.95.119
66.220.149.34
66.220.149.120
search for them found that all have ISP Facebook!!
host name like
fwdproxy-frc-024.fbsv.net
fwdproxy-ash-017.fbsv.net
fwdproxy-prn-001.fbsv.net
that cause to limit adsense in my blog!!

is that kind of proxy?
why ISP is Facebook?
how to stop that?
using blog with blog subdomain so can't use cloud flare!
any help will be appreciated

Contact Hosting provider for support..
 
Are you using Cpanel on your hosting plan? If yes, there are some inbuilt features to help you block or filter such IPs. If not, your hosting provider should help you manage such.

using blogspot and they didn't help so i am here...
 
found ip ban script
in attachment

but still have visits from same ip, is that because i have to put the exact ip and not using "* " like 31.13.*.*??
but i want to block all address in the range and if i put all exact ip it will be too many!!

is that script has side effects to indexing or to adsense
