Can I use blogger hosting for PBN each high pr domain on a new gmail adresse instead of buying hosting package for each domain (I don't have so much money to cover both domains and hosting) ?

Depends how big your networks going to be. If its a small one you'll probably be fine. If it's any size bigger than small it'll be risky. Having the same host is such a massive footprint for google. Blogger owned by google as well.

its depends on the size of PBN mate. At the same time lot of free hosting providers are available and also affordable hosting also ($1)
so better you can try the cheap hosting providers
